What is available today?
Free Family Fit Calls and Professional Meet & Greets. The starter kit and personalized paid services are being prepared for launch; purchases are not open.
Is the starter kit the same as a personalized binder?
No. The planned starter kit is a self-guided digital download. Personalized binder setup and coordination are separate services with their own agreed scope.
Does Alinea provide medical advice?
No. We do not diagnose, treat, triage, interpret medical information, or provide emergency care. Contact your healthcare team for medical questions and emergency services for emergencies.
Do I need a portal or Care ID?
No. Those concepts remain in development and are not needed for an introductory conversation.
How does Alinea approach privacy and client choice?
We are committed to discretion, respect for your privacy, and support guided by your stated priorities. You remain in control of your decisions. Introductory booking is for contact details and general organizing goals—not medical records. Any future engagement requires an agreed scope and appropriate information-sharing procedures.
Can I start before paying?
You can book a free introduction without payment. That call does not start ongoing coordination, records handling, or a paid session. Any later engagement, including a no-cost pilot or deferred-payment arrangement, must be separately agreed and meet the applicable launch requirements first.
